Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Site Manager to lead a large shift on a major site operation in Dearborn Heights, MI. You will guide supervisors, technicians and staff, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across processes and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and several years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivated, encourage and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training employees; and developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repair: evaluate new equipment and techniques
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Operate with complex spreadsheets
