Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a SiteManager 2 at the Bacchus Facility in Magna, Utah. This mid-level leadership role directs all phases of assigned location program objectives, ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and provides leadership to site employees.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's with 7 years’ experience or a Master’s with 5 years, and must be able to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years’ experience in manufacturing or
• Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
• 3–6 years managing in a manufacturing or related environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills with internal and external customers and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion
• Responsible for site-specific technical SOW/performance and overall site operations
• Lead site day-to-day activities including timesheets, evaluations, property control, facility, safety and production
• Provide leadership, guidance, and career development to site employees
