Job summary

Serving Seniors in San Diego seeks a Site Operations Lead to support the Customer Service Manager and supervise multiple congregate dining sites. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, brand consistency, and operational excellence across centers.

The role includes mentoring Site Coordinators, managing daily dining room and kitchen operations, tracking meal counts, and preparing internal reports to support county meal goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree is a plus.
• Experience as a Site Coordinator or similar program position is preferred.
• Experience working with older adults and in congregate meal settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Site Coordinators; provide onboarding, mentoring, and daily guidance.
• Monitor program quality and site environment to reflect Serving Seniors branding.
• Track daily/monthly meal counts; maintain rosters and calendars; support reporting toward meal goals.
• Oversee day-to-day dining room and kitchen operations at assigned site; ensure smooth delivery and distribution of meals and donations.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, events, and communications with the Customer Service Manager and central team.
