Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Site Operations Lead for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program at Fort Greely, Alaska. You will direct a team of operators, manage training, qualification, and incident response, and ensure flawless execution of site operations.

The role requires active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret, solid Linux and Cisco networking knowledge, plus documentation and training experience.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field; Level 2 requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Level 3 requires 5+ years with BS or 3+ years with MS.
• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS clearance at application.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial qualification training for new System Operators.
• Develop and facilitate monthly GFC/GCN training events and evaluations.
• Maintain operator checklists and training records; drive process improvements.
• Assist in anomaly investigations and data collection for Reach-back requests.
• Lead site transition activities during asset cutovers and major transitions.
