Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience; inclusive of 3 years of experience multi-functional organizations.
• Must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance with the ability to attain Special Program Access.
• Experience managing large-scale and diverse portfolio of investments.

Responsibilities

• Define program facility requirements and manage construction projects as principal tenant.
• Lead a wide variety of site projects from initial concept development through implementation.
• Support mission requirements such as critical hardware delivery/movements and launch events.
• Be the first line of contact for routine or emergency repair with 24/7 on-call availability for facility alarms.
• Develop, monitor, and status site plans, statements of work, POs, MOAs, IWOs, operating budgets, capital projects and overhead.
