Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking a highly skilled EIC to serve as a technical advisor at customer sites, ensuring equipment availability and uptime. You will mentor FSEs, analyze downtime trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with corporate for spare parts and technical support.

The role requires strong communication, advanced Excel skills, and on-call availability to handle emergency maintenance.

Qualifications

• AS degree, technical certificate, or equivalent is required with minimum related work experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with customers and peers.
• Willingness to work on-call and during emergencies.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear protective clothing as required.

Responsibilities

• Isolate and resolve complex equipment and system malfunctions; plan corrective actions.
• Lead CIP programs and drive process and product improvements.
• Provide training and mentoring to site field service engineers.
• Generate reports on downtime, PM, calibration, and maintenance activities.
