FleetLogix is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager by supervising Vehicle Service Agents, drivers, and leads. You will manage performance, scheduling, and adherence to standards while guiding staff to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Prior driving experience is required.
• Candidate must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Bilingualism is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to site employees as a second layer of management.
• Coordinate productivity, scheduling, and adherence to policies.
• Coach and mentor team members; cover for Site Manager when needed.
• Maintain strong customer service and communicate with the Site Manager and customers.
