Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Site Lead in Louisiana to oversee daily operations, assist in scheduling, and ensure safety and policy compliance. You will liaise between management and staff, support dispatch operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree or higher, at least 1 year in autonomous vehicle operations, and strong communication skills. Full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and a salary range of $65,000–$73,000.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) is required or preferred.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle operations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and PM tools.
• Ability to read and interpret system rules, policies, routes.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety standards and daily operations.
• Act as liaison between management and employees.
• Assist in creating weekly schedules and documenting issues.
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide clear feedback.
• Support dispatch and operation management with meetings and communications.
• Coordinate subordinates and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and drive improvements.
