Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Site Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee startup, daily operations, logistics and admin on a large-scale construction data center project in Haskell, TX. This contract-to-hire role focuses on keeping field and office teams aligned and project documentation up to date.

You will coordinate site readiness, manage facilities, onboarding, scheduling, and vendor relationships while tracking costs and timesheets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction site activities and administration.
• Mobilization, startup, and logistics coordination proficiency.
• Experience with timesheet, invoice, payroll, and cost tracking.
• Vendor management, procurement support and purchasing assistance.
• Strong organization and document control abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site mobilization, startup, and readiness activities.
• Manage trailers, office setup, utilities, internet, and site facilities.
• Support onboarding, badging, site access, and safety coordination.
• Oversee schedules, site operations, and administrative staff.
• Track timesheets, payroll, invoices, and project costs.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement, travel, lodging, and site logistics.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and compliance.
• Support field teams by resolving operational and administrative issues.
• Manage third‑party labor and vendor relationships.
• Communicate between field and office teams to keep projects running smoothly.
