Job summary

THE·TEAM, headquartered in Los Angeles, operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, and supports Charlotte-based branding and signage operations. The General Manager, Site Operations coordinates daily workflows, aligns cross-functional priorities, and ensures projects move through design, printing, warehousing and delivery with clarity and urgency.

This role drives accountability and organizational discipline across the Charlotte site.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in operations, project delivery, signage, print production, live events, or similar production environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end master production and delivery schedule for Charlotte-driven work.
• Coordinate priorities across PM, design, prepress, production, warehouse/shipping, and delivery.
• Drive execution discipline and escalation of risks or capacity constraints.
• Facilitate regular production and delivery meetings and track project health.
• Maintain site-level reporting tools with visibility into active work and delivery performance.
• Serve as cross-functional integrator across Charlotte teams and central resources.
• Act as central escalation point for site-level issues and blockers.
