Job summary

Solotech is seeking an experienced project and site manager for construction and audiovisual projects. You will lead teams on installation sites, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with HR on staffing and training. Strong planning, leadership and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, visiting project locations, and driving continuous improvement while complying with company policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

• University or college diploma in management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in team management or construction/audiovisual environments.
• Experience on construction sites and in technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize leadership within the team by setting objectives and evaluating performance.
• Plan training and development for the team and coordinate work schedules across projects.
• Carry out regular site visits and ensure on-site safety and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on engagement, performance management and succession planning.
• Coordinate all personnel and activities on project sites and manage project delivery deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate health and safety risks and participate in continuous improvement.
