Job summary

WITRON in Temple, Texas is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to spearhead operations and maintenance initiatives. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams and exceeding customer expectations, with a salary range of $95k to $125k.

The Site Manager will liaison with customers and employees, lead daily meetings, and drive continuous improvements to optimize performance and maintain system reliability. Domestic/international travel and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a supervisory role; seven years preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning.
• Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations.
• Manage workforce planning and drive labor costs to ensure efficient team structure.
• Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
• Drive operational excellence through process reviews, real-time feedback, and innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor future leaders, promote open communication, and uphold company values.
