Job summary

WITRON Integrated Logistics, Inc. is seeking a driven Construction Manager to oversee electrical and mechanical installations for automated material handling systems across U.S. project sites.

You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with GC, PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. The role requires up to 90% travel, with a starting salary of $75k+ based on experience, plus per diem and salary allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction-related roles.
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Electronics, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with material handling systems in distribution or light industrial environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors during installation and adjustment of electronic systems.
• Coordinate construction activities, schedules, timelines, and milestones with GC and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve issues related to schedule, safety, layout, and execution with PMs and tech teams.
• Track progress against schedules; escalate delays or risks as needed.
• Lead site meetings and maintain construction logs.
• Prepare and update installation and construction documentation; perform QA on electrical and mechanical work areas.
• Ensure subcontractors follow site standards and safety protocols.
