Job summary

WITRON is seeking a dynamic Site Manager in Temple, TX to lead operations and maintenance initiatives while building high-performing teams. You will act as the primary liaison for customer relations and employee matters, lead daily meetings, and drive improvements to exceed service expectations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (post-secondary preferred), 5+ years in a supervisory role (7+ preferred), and OSHA/NFPA knowledge. Occasional travel may be required and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in a supervisory role; seven (7) years preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning.
• Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations.
• Manage workforce planning and drive responsible labor costs to ensure efficient team structure.
• Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
• Drive operational excellence through process reviews, real-time feedback, and innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor future leaders, promote open communication, and uphold company values.
