Job summary

WITRON is seeking a dynamic Site Manager in Temple, Texas to lead operations and maintenance initiatives, build high-performing teams, and exceed customer expectations. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include steering daily meetings, optimizing maintenance plans, and mentoring future leaders while coordinating with customers and internal teams for exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years' supervisory experience; seven (7) years preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
• Occasional domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Flexibility to work any shift and be on-call as needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines and project planning.

Salary Range

$95k-$125k

As a Site Manager You Will

• Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning.
• Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations.
• Manage workforce planning and drive responsible labor costs to ensure efficient team structure.
• Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
• Drive operational excellence through process reviews, real-time feedback, and innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor future leaders, promote open communication, and uphold company values.

Requirements
