Qualifications
- Trade qualification as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning, team coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of high-priority or technically complex maintenance projects across multiple sites.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to operations.
- Lead and coordinate a team of regional technicians; foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
