Job summary

• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Apply knowledge of BIM and lean to project execution.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to plans and specifications to avoid delays with project stakeholders.
• Manage project budget through Change Order processes and data reconciliation.
• Release materials on time to meet construction schedule and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare scope of work documents and manage submittals and shop drawings.
• Oversee closeout, RFI activity, warranties, and O&M manuals.
• Schedule meetings for coordination and preconstruction activities.
