Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 18+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
• Advanced presentation skills and proficiency with common software tools.
• Ability to find business opportunities and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and design community to support business development.
• Oversee budget, master schedule, QA/QC, safety, and risk management for projects.
• Mentor staff, supervise training, and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure new work and opportunities.
