The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Scan, organize, and maintain company documentation.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems.
• Coordinate with contracted service providers (security, landscaping, vending, etc.).
• Manage inventory programs and office supplies.
• Support safety programs and emergency preparedness activities.
• Assist with employee events and engagement activities.
• Answer calls and route inquiries.
• Provide light production or operational support as needed.
