Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing/production/warehouse environment required.
• Stand up and Sit Down Forklift experience required.
• Experience operating production/packaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start and operate packaging equipment per established procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and operational checks.
• Notify supervision of equipment malfunctions and concerns.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and simple machine setups.
• Apply product labels to cartons and packaged products.
• Inspect packaged products for quantity, weight, labeling, and packaging specs.
• Verify pallets meet quality standards before transfer.
• Organize and maintain containers during production.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain production, quality, and inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
