Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Site MES IT Coordinator in Greenville, SC for an onsite contract role starting Day 1. The role focuses on manufacturing execution system support across site operations, MES upgrades, and process re-engineering.

You will perform root cause analysis, design metrics, manage L2/L3 escalations, and coordinate with distributed teams to deliver value-added improvements and reliable MES operation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with MES and Werum PAS-X.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with upgrading and maintaining MES environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Root Cause Analysis is performed for all issues as defined by the project.
• Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis.
• Responsible for application upgrades; ensuring troubleshooting post-upgrades; in general maintenance of the entire system.
• Lead should develop strategies to mitigate issues arising from existing problems.
• Responsible for identifying and developing innovative value adds that benefit the project/customer/organization.
• Ensures that the escalation matrix is followed in terms of handling L2 and L3 tickets by assigning them to the appropriate Point of Contact.
