Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Site Merchandiser to support site operations, testing, and merchandising for Macys.com in New York. You’ll collaborate with business and support teams to ensure flawless site execution and launch of new features and system enhancements.

The role focuses on maximizing online assortment, driving traffic, and improving product detail pages, taxonomy, on-site search, and event codes. 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in site merchandising or a related area.
• Ability to access and review written and electronic information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data consistency across customer touchpoints and devices; optimize taxonomy and browse. (≤140 chars)
• Optimize product detail pages, images, reviews, and tagging; improve on-site structure.
• Drive site merchandising through testing, promotions, and new features to maximize sales and conversions.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews to optimize taxonomy and search strategies; provide actionable insights.
