Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Merchandising Associate to drive sales and execute strategic merchandising initiatives in our store. You will suggest vendor products and maintain high standards to create a memorable shopping experience, while identifying what works and what doesn't to address slow-moving areas.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with full-time schedules typically 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge, trends and style inspiration.
• Merchandise new deliveries from vendors and follow brand guides.
• Communicate customer needs and shopping patterns to store leadership and vendors.
• Work with store teams to drive best practices for sales and execution.
• Ensure sales floor is properly signed for sales and markdowns.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures.
