We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Site Merchandising Manager to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing online merchandising strategies, optimizing product presentation, and ensuring an excellent consumer experience on our US e-commerce site.

About the Job
  • Develop online merchandising strategies for a portion of the product catalog to support revenue and category growth while enhancing the consumer experience.
  • Provide an e-commerce point of view on product assortment related to choice count, product flow, and storytelling to ensure a compelling shopping experience for the Levi.com consumer.
  • Monitor, report and action on goals including sales, conversion, traffic, AURs, UPT, discount rate and category performance.
  • Improve product catalog including product taxonomy, navigation, product landing pages, product images and copy.
  • Influence digital product roadmap, A/B testing and feature enhancements through in-depth knowledge of product catalog and consumer behavior on site.
  • Lead competitive analysis of product assortment, site execution and marketing trends. Providing relevant recommendations to increase in-season management and influence future assortment and digital merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams, including marketing, buying, planning, and product management, to agree on product assortment, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite with high proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions).
  • 3+ years of experience in merchandising or buying, with a focus on digital experience. Experience as a people manager.
  • Experience using data to inform decisions, optimize site performance, and achieve our goals.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, PIM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salsify, Hybris, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $145,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
