The Role

The Visual Merchandising Manager plays a key leadership role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales across North American UGG stores. Reporting to the Sr. Director of North America Retail, this role ensures visual consistency and excellence, elevating the brand through coaching, training, and development of store teams. The role involves collaboration with global teams, store visits, and supporting new store openings.

Your Impact

• Lead the consistency and quality of visual displays to ensure a positive customer experience and sales growth.
• Adapt global assets for the North American market, optimizing displays within budget constraints and collaborating with store teams and global visual teams.
• Oversee merchandising standards, conduct store visits, and provide feedback.
• Coach and train store staff on visual standards and product launches.
• Address store-specific merchandising challenges and support regional initiatives, including new store openings and events.
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices, providing feedback to global and regional teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Evaluate visual merchandising impact on KPIs and sales.
• Contribute to the creative execution of store projects and remodels.
