Responsibilities

• Ongoing site merchandising, updating category grids and product recommendations.
• Build, QA and launch new landing pages for promotions.
• Implement on-page SEO based on guidelines.
• Build, QA and launch new landing pages for promotions, campaigns, or seasonal storytelling moments.
• Complete pre-launch merchandising tasks for new items in SFCC platform and audit post-launch to ensure accuracy and orderability.
• Build content assets in SFCC and schedule them according to planned site calendar; QA all site content pieces before go-live.
• Build, QA and launch promotions according to planned cadence as determined by the calendar.
• Implement SEO on-page and meta content as handed off by eCommerce Marketing Manager.

Experience / Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce/DTC, digital merchandising, or digital marketing
• Understanding of/proficiency in core foundational principles and best practices within ecommerce businesses/spaces, including digital merchandising, digital marketing, SEO, performance metrics, and site optimization
• Proficiency in prioritization and time management – Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; meet deadlines consistently
• Comfortable with basic HTML writing/editing (1+ years’ experience preferred)

Site Merchandising + Product Launching

• Ongoing site merchandising: updating and maintaining category grids, product recommendations, on‑site search optimizations and PDPs
• Refresh category pages weekly/biweekly/monthly based on priority or traffic to maintain newness on the website
• QA site weekly to identify and resolve issues with product images, attribution, and data; report to DTC Ops Manager for reconciliation & cleanup activities as needed
• Build, QA and launch new landing pages for promotions, campaigns, or seasonal storytelling moments
• Complete pre‑launch merchandising tasks for new items in SFCC platform and audit post‑launch to ensure accuracy and orderability

Site Content + Marketing

• Build content assets in SFCC and schedule them according to planned site calendar; QA all site content pieces before go‑live
