A health services organization in Huntington Park is seeking a Site Medical Director-PACE responsible for overseeing clinical patient care at the PACE site. The ideal candidate is a licensed physician with experience in leadership roles and strong communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include collaboration with administrative staff and the Interdisciplinary Team to make medical care decisions. The role offers competitive annual compensation and benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Physician with a valid California medical license and DEA License required.
• Experience in a leadership role strongly preferred.
• Computer-based systems experience essential; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical patient care at the PACE site.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator and Nurse Administrator.
• Participate actively in the Interdisciplinary Team.

Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese

Leadership or management experience

Experience with Electronic Medical Records

Formation

Active, unrestrictive CA medical license

Valid BLS certification or higher
