Backcountry is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join ourteam as a Site Marketing Program Manager. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on digital channels. You will work closely with the pricing and buying teams to plan and coordinate campaigns in all steps of the Go-To-Market process. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, product, and sales to ensure brand consistency and effective communication. Your passion for the outdoors and understanding of the target audience will be essential in crafting impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts and drive conversions.
This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.
This position will report into the Ecommerce Director.
