Job description

This position is 100% remote and would require 15% travel domestically

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute against the plan for all kitchen-related equipment required for the customer corporate booths
  • Document the process for creating the drawings sets for the layout of the equipment in the customer corporate booths
  • Support coordination of the work with the Suppliers and KES teams for ordering, freight scheduling, installation and dismantle
  • Support and document the process in working with the local convention center team to create the logistics production schedule
  • Document the efforts of the Utilities Coordinator to ensure that the correct connections are available for all kitchen equipment for the customer corporate booths
  • Coordinate the work with the Operations teams and OSC International Kitchens
  • Estimated travel is 15-25% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience.
