Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a FDA, ISO, or other regulated environment.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in an engineering/science or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to present and convey complex ideas to internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of the Resonetics Enterprise Excellence playbook implementation for the Local Site for all levels of the organization.
• Be a key stakeholder in the definition of site Value Streams and organizational support design around those Value Streams.
• Lead the definition of metrics and data sources for those metrics for use on the SQCDT boards.
• Lead Kaizen and Problem Solving activities for site priorities.
• Achieve cost savings targets by optimizing labor, scrap and overhead across the site.
• Collaborate with site DOO and stakeholders to identify Solve-It risks and opportunities across projects.
• Act as the site representative to the EE Steering Committee and contribute to the Enterprise Management System.
• Be a site SME for mining, analyzing, and summarizing key operational metrics representing Enterprise Excellence KPIs.
