Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Site Engineering Manager to lead facility engineering for a 24x7, high-tech manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on startup and commissioning of TGCM systems, then sustaining engineering to support HVM operations, with a strong emphasis on uptime, safety, and cost management. You will build and mentor the site engineering team, oversee maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across gas, chemical, and UPW systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in Facility Engineering within semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven uptime, safety, and quality metrics track record.
• Familiarity with EHS compliance, reliability programs, and gas/chemical/UPW systems.

• Provide safety leadership and promote incident-free culture.
• Lead startup, commissioning, and factory ramp activities; build the site engineering organization.
• Drive reliability and sustaining engineering; establish KPIs and RCFA investigations.
• Lead engineering team development, training, and performance management.
