Job summary

bioMerieux Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks a Director, Site Manufacturing Controller to serve as the senior finance partner for the site. You will translate manufacturing drivers into financial actions, lead budgeting, and drive cost and working capital improvements.

The role oversees costing, controls, and reporting, partnering with regional and global finance teams to optimize performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or controlling experience.
• Experience in a complex manufacturing or supply chain environment (preferred).
• Experience with audit and internal controls; international exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic finance leadership and business partnership for the Salt Lake City site.
• Own site P&L, cost of goods, inventory, and capital investment analysis.
• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee capital investments and governance across the site.
• Direct product costing, inventory governance, and cost improvement tracking.
• Ensure timely month-end/year-end close and clear executive reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Develop and mentor the local controlling team; collaborate globally.
