bioMérieux SA in Salt Lake City seeks a Senior Director of Finance to lead NA Clinical Operations, Shared and Support Functions. You will drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, revenue & cost analysis, and internal controls, partnering with leaders to optimize profitability and strategic growth.

You will mentor the finance team, ensure IFRS compliance and governance, and deliver actionable insights to commercial, clinical, and marketing teams, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in finance/FP&A with ERP experience and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for NA Clinical Operations and Support Functions.
• Partner with GM, Commercial and Clinical Ops leadership, and CFO on strategic plans and roadmaps.
• Maintain internal control environment and ensure governance compliance.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual closes and performance analysis.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and balance sheet integrity; drive profitability reporting.
• Mentor and develop the finance team; collaborate across functions.
