• Strong internal controls and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior finance advisor to site leadership and shape site strategy and resource allocation.
• Own the financial performance framework: P&L, COGS, variances, inventory, working capital.
• Lead site budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling.
