Job summary

TCL Specialties, LLC seeks a Site Manager to lead the startup and ongoing operation of its Proctor, West Virginia world-scale chemical facility. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team across Operations, Maintenance, EHS, HR, Warehousing, and Purchasing to meet safety, reliability, quality, and cost objectives.

Reporting to the CEO, Americas, you will build capabilities, implement best practices, and drive production readiness and commercial production by the target date.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in chemical plant operations and maintenance.
• At least 3 years as Site Manager for a continuous-process plant.
• Strong knowledge of continuous-process chemical manufacturing and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all manufacturing activities at the Proctor facility.
• Lead startup and achieve commercial production by the target date.
• Develop and maintain a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational discipline.
• Oversee plant budgeting and cost control, and collaborate with Finance.
