Job summary

Prestonwood Baptist Church in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced nonprofit operations manager for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center – Southwest. You will assist the Director of Client Services in overseeing PPC–SW and support staff, volunteers, and programs.

The role focuses on strategy, outreach, recruitment, safeguarding resources, and ensuring quality client care with a Christ-centered approach. Bilingual EN/ES is a plus; Monday–Friday with some evenings and every other Saturday may be required.

Qualifications

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry.
• Pro-life in word and pro-love in action.
• Passionate about the mission of PPC.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in nonprofit management.
• Ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to include approximately one evening per week, every other Saturday, and PPC scheduled events.
• Possess current Texas driver license, personal vehicle insurance and a clear driving record for clearance to drive PPC mobile unit as needed.
• Willingness to serve at other PPC locations as needed.
• Able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and use of stairs, and ability to lift up to 15 lbs. without assistance

• Assist in leading, mentoring, and equipping PPC–SW staff to provide exceptional client care
• Ensure adherence to PPC policies and procedures
• Onboard staff at PPC–SW
• Ensure efficient communication flow throughout PPC-SW departments
• Maintain knowledge of all PPC programs
• Develop and execute classes to meet the needs of PPC–SW clients
• Recognize PPC-SW staff accomplishments
• Other duties as assigned
