Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment, tools and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, cash control, notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to optimize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safety and maintain a positive public image in the community.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct written appraisals.
• Ensure timely communication with staff and conduct regular meetings.
• Organize site files, reports and posters; ensure accurate reporting and display of merchandise.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; budget and forecast margins.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work indoors and outdoors as needed.
