Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on site operations.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM roles.
• Proficient with computer use for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees and allocate tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and manage site relationships.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team.
• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
