Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group is seeking a motivated Construction Site Manager to support our production team in managing field repair projects. You will ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and meet high quality standards while maintaining clear communication with customers, project managers, and trade partners.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience and strong written and verbal communication.

• Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations.
• Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards.
• Partner with production management to cultivate relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation.
