Southeast Restoration in the United States is seeking a Production Manager to lead our on-site teams. This role focuses on setting expectations, empowering staff, and driving accountability to complete and close projects with precision and customer satisfaction.

You will manage production leadership, control costs, coordinate with vendors, and plan monthly/quarterly activities with the GM, while ensuring quality workmanship and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and restoration methods.
• Experience in managing resources including trade partners, vendors, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the production team to ensure on-time project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor WIP, forecast job costs, and drive revenue and gross margin goals for the production group.
• Collaborate with the GM on monthly/quarterly/annual planning and PM scoreboards.
• Oversee trade partners, vendors, and internal staffing to optimize resource use.
• Recruit, onboard, and quality-check trade partners to meet production goals.
• Assign PMs at turnover and review gross profit and revenue targets with PMs weekly.
