Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a Site Manager in the United States to oversee all aspects of site operations, safety, staffing, and customer service in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

You will lead the local team in safety/compliance, manage packaged gas sales, welding products and hard goods sales, cylinder production and distribution, and ensure efficient, compliant operations across the location.

JOB TITLE - Site Manager salary range $75,000 to $90,000

Responsible for allaspects of the site (location, branch) operations; safety, staffing andcustomer service functions working in conjunction with the Sales and SupplyChain teams.

Essential Function

Leads the local teamto manage the safety/compliance performance, packaged gas sales, weldingproducts and hard goods sales, cylinder production and distribution.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management,Industrial Management or related field

Work Experience

Preferred 5 - 10 years related experience and/or training preferably insite/branch operations and/or package gas operations in the industrial gasindustry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability toproficiently display computer software skills with programs such MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hands on understanding of industrialgas products, production, and distribution applications, and associatedequipment.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Training in Safety and Compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FDA)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid State Drivers License Required
  • Hazardous Materialstraining
