Terzo Enterprises delivers pallet repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing services. We are seeking a Site Manager to direct manufacturing operations, lead frontline supervisors, and ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.

You will guide development and provide leadership to all facility staff. Responsibilities include managing the P&L, controlling costs, ensuring quality and safety, and coordinating with customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 6–10 years in production management.
• Significant experience in production management and key metrics reporting.
• Good knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and cost-control skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Direct manufacturing operations through frontline supervision and ensure efficient resource use.
• Lead and develop facility staff and promote a culture of accountability.
• Manage P&L, review costs, and optimize production and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with customers and maintain vendor relationships.
• Implement performance evaluations and guide promotions and wage decisions.
• Oversee plant facilities maintenance and equipment readiness.
