Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6-10 years' experience in Production Management.
• Significant experience in production management and reporting on key production metrics.
• Excellent knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Good knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations through front-line supervision to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Lead employees to achieve maximum results and plant performance.
• Review costs and product quality; modify production and inventory control for profitability.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards and safety regulations.
• Act as liaison with customers and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify improvement opportunities via root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Control labor overtime and repair expenses; supervise, counsel and discipline staff.
• Coordinate planning with department managers to meet company objectives.
