Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the intake, inspection, and outbound operations for refurbishing pallets. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and meet daily production quotas in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 1-2 years in manufacturing or logistics with leadership experience, plus the ability to lift pallets and train staff. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and year-round indoor work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1-2 years in manufacturing or logistics.
• 1-2 years of management experience with leadership, supervision, communication and planning.
• Frequent lifting of 75-85 pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of plant personnel to meet safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Interview, select and train employees.
• Train and motivate personnel to improve effectiveness.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules and assignments.
• Suggest programs to improve warehouse operations to the Site Manager.
• Supervise outbound/inbound shipments for correct counts and codes.
• Plan space utilization to meet cost standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintenance of records.
• Communicate effectively and discipline subordinates when needed.
• Coordinate inspections and movement to ensure quality and efficiency.
