Job summary

Terzo Enterprises oversees the refurbishment and re-manufacturing of pallets at our Atlanta-area facility. The Shift Supervisor will lead daily operations, supervise plant personnel, ensure safety, and meet production quotas in a fast-paced environment.

You will train employees, coordinate shipping/receiving, and continuously improve warehouse processes with the Site Manager, maintaining quality records and efficient equipment use.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• 1-2 years of management experience with emphasis on leadership, supervision, communication, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of plant personnel to achieve objectives and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation of the repair facility.
• Interview, select, and train employees; motivate staff for higher effectiveness.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules and assignments for efficient daily operation.
• Coordinate with Site Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations and space utilization.
• Supervise inbound/outbound shipments and perform quality audits and production tracking.
