Job summary

Terzo Enterprises is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee intake, inspection, and outbound operations for pallet refurbishing in a fast-paced production environment. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer criteria.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Benefits include a comprehensive plan, a positive team environment, 6 paid holidays after 90 days, and year-round indoor work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• 1–2 years of management experience with emphasis on leadership, supervision, communication, and planning.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping 75–85-pound pallets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily supervision of plant personnel to achieve objectives and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation.
• Interview, select, and train employees.
• Train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness in their duties.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules and daily operation.
• Suggest programs to improve warehouse operations.
• Supervise inbound/outbound freight checks for counts and codes.
• Assist in space planning to meet cost standards.
• Conduct physical inventories as required.
• Apply effective communication and motivation with subordinates.
• Supervise all shipments to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain production records and conduct quality audits.
• Develop daily equipment allocation plans for efficient use.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for forklifts and sortation equipment.
