Job Description
Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Kitchen and Bathroom Social Housing Contract in Birmingham. Managing a section of internal works, the ideal candidate will be monitoring a Kitchen and Bathroom Programme on behalf of the client. Work will consist of upgrades within occupied housing. The ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing. Necessary certifications include SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, and CSCS card.
