Site Manager - Social Housing Kitchen and Bathroom Works

Birmingham based, up to £50k plus package *TEMP TO PERM ROLE*

Howells Solutions are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver Social Housing refurbishment works across the Birmingham area. Schemes are varied and include internal kitchen and bathroom replacements on Social Housing properties.

As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within specified timescales. Responsibilities include managing sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre- and post-works, taking part in progress meetings, and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme.

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager who has previously served as a No. 1 Site Manager for a main contractor. You should be capable of setting up all Health and Safety documentation, including RAMS and Construction Phase Plans, and have a proven track record of leading site teams, including Assistant Site Managers, RLOs, and in-house labor.

Required qualifications include:

  3. First Aid
  4. CSCS Card
  5. Asbestos Awareness
