Job summary

Fortrex is hiring a Site Manager II to lead the sanitation team, control budget and manage service invoicing at a food processing facility in Wisconsin. The role requires oversight of daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Area Managers and customers, implement training programs, and coordinate with HR, IT, and accounting to maintain flawless operations in a demanding plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sanitation or related operation roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food-processing environment.
• Strong communication across shifts and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct sanitation crew and daily operations to meet safety and budget targets.
• Manage site expenditures and inventory of labor, supplies, and chemicals.
• Interface with Area Manager and Corporate office on issues, logs, payroll and orders.
