Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in the United States is seeking an on-site program manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned location, including staff scheduling and coordinating support services to enhance meaningful activities for individuals with I/DD.

Responsibilities include leading staff, coordinating referrals, attending meetings, managing time sheets, and ensuring compliant documentation. A High School Diploma and driver license are required; experience with I/DD is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Driver's license (valid) required.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience across residential, community, or day program settings.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources and ensure services use person-centered approaches.
• Coordinate plans with professionals and document updates timely.
• Assist in coordinating support services, referrals, appointments, and paperwork.
• Support payroll and administrative duties, time sheets and payables.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage program finances.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Develop staff communication and schedule systems across divisions.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency preparedness are followed.
• Mentor and train new staff; supervise staff during shifts.
• Attend meetings and training; maintain agency training requirements.
